Itinerary:

Day 1
Fly to Lhasa.

Day 2
Visit Potala Palace, Sera Monastery & Norbulingka.

Day 3
Sightseeing of Drepung, Sera, Jokhang Monasteries and Barkhor Market.

Day 4
Drive to Gyantse via Yamdrok Lake. Visit Phalkor Monastery & Kumbum Chorten.

Day 5
Drive to Shigatse. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery.

Day 6
Drive to New Tingri.

Day 7
Drive to Dza Rongphu Monastery. Camp.

Day 8
Trek 2 hrs. To Everest Base Camp. Camp.

Day 9
Acclimatize. Camp.

Day 10
Trek 5 hrs. to Camp I. Camp.

Day 11
Trek 5 hrs. to Camp. Camp.

Day 12
Acclimatize. Camp.

Day 13
Trek to Camp II. Camp.

Day 14
Treks 3 hrs to Camp II (Advance Base Camp) and trek back to Camp I. Camp.

Day 15
Trek back to Dza Rongphu Monastery. Camp.

Day 16
Drive to Nyalam.

Day 17
Drive 1 hr to Zhangmu, cross the border and drive to Kathmandu.

Tibet Service Includes:
Sixteen night accommodation on twin sharing with breakfast,
All sightseeing as per programs,

Entrance fees to monasteries,
All applicable permits in Tibet,
Surface transportation and all applicable airport transfers.

Tibet Service Excludes:
Airfare from Kathmandu to Lhasa and airport departure tax,
China visa fee US$45 per person and additional US$14 per person for US Passport holders and express visa processing fee US$35 per person,
Nepal visa Single entry US$50 for 30 days and Multiple entry US$80 for 60 days,
Meals such as lunch and dinner while on the overland tour, beverages (hard and soft drinks), all expenses of personal nature, Charge for photography, travel insurance, Emergency evacuation charges.

Chinese Visa:
The Chinese Embassy changes the rules for visa time to time. Normal visa fee at present is US$45 per person and additional US$14 per person for US Passport holders. If the visa is to take on the same day an additional fee of US$35 will be applicable. You are required to make the group visas for any tour to Tibet.

Kathmandu Stopover Cost Includes:
Five nights accommodations in quality 3 star boutique hotel and resort in Kathmandu and Nagarkot on twin sharing and breakfast,

all ground transportation including on arrivals and departures,
tour guide service throughout the tour,
entrance fees to monuments visited,
